Esri Users socialbility & workability

Hi Organizers, I wan to know how Esri Companies and Local Government operates.
please address this issues one after the Other.

1.) How many local governments or Communities that Esri have
2.) What kind of Data is to be shared by those Local Government eg Videos, pictures, Text messages etc
3.) Does each Communities share contents together or they are independent of each other
4.) Will content shared by Community A be seen by Community B.
5.) Does each community has their seperate members. if yes, how does each Members interacts with their various Local Govt. and communities in which they are under.

  Esri software is utilized in thousands of local governmental organizations across the globe. Numerous online communities of local government organizations exist, including Esri's GeoNet. Many governments have created online open data portals sharing various data in many different formats. Governments/Communities determine how and what they share, whether it be together with other organizations or an independent platform.
